Samantha diver
In addition to being a yoga teacher, Samantha Diver has been an outstanding leader in the field of education. Most recently she served as the interim head of school at The Pilot School where she created a safe and vibrant learning environment for students and faculty. Samantha has been a classroom teacher, a reading specialist, a math specialist and an executive functioning skills coach. She has incorporated social emotional learning through mindfulness into all areas of her curriculums. Teaching mindfulness has improved her connection with students and improved students’ emotional regulation, focus, and engagement. Samantha is certified through Breathe for Change, Balanced Athlete - Level I and Level II, Yoga Ed Professional Institute I; Foundations of Teaching Children's Yoga at Kripalu; Kula for Karma - Advanced training for Mental Health: Trauma and Addiction and Mindful Schools.
Nicole Rafferty
Nicole Rafferty is a passionate and knowledgeable educator and coach, who has experience teaching in both public and private schools. Nicole was recognized as a 2020 Top Teacher for Delaware Today Magazine and has a Master’s degree in literacy education. Nicole prioritizes the social-emotional aspects of learning; she builds a strong and nurturing rapport with students and their families and cultivates a community of learners that emphasizes wellness, agency, and social justice. Her students feel safe, valued, and supported. Nicole feels strongly about providing students with the tools and resources to develop their foundational, life, and executive function skills to be their most successful and empowered selves. Nicole is certified through Breathe for Change - 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher & Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator; Certified Life Coach Institute; Responsive Classroom.
