Coaching Sessions
What to expect?
This program is specifically designed for students who need support with executive functioning skills.
By the end of the first session, the student will have a solid understanding of which executive functioning skills need the most support, a set of monthly, weekly and daily goals, and a detailed plan for the week in order to accomplish those goals.
Messaging support is provided between sessions, so the student can continue reflecting and problem-solving during the week.
The first session is 60 minutes; all further sessions are 50 minutes.
It is recommended that the first month’s sessions are in person. After the first month, sessions can be in-person or virtual.
The cost of the first session is $175 to be paid by check or Venmo at the end of the session. The current monthly rate is $450.
